Hi guys,
As you might now, i'm almost never on on tuesday nights,
that's because every tuesday i'm at my dad's building a model railroad :-)
Been doing this since i was 6 years old, allways loved it !!
When my family moved (in 1989) to our own build house, my dad said to my mom, you choose how the house must look, but i want 1 room to put my railroad in.
So that happend and my dad got a 60m² room for his hobby's (other hobby is HAM-radio, i still do that to)
So we build up a railroad that took 2/3 of that room !
Sadly in 1997 i lost my brother, and it was almost impossible for me to be busy with the trains without crying all the time .... and the railroad was so complex that we had to be 3 to make it run properly (4 was even better).
So 2 years ago my dad and i made the verry difficult decision to take it down (took months of talking .. talking .. talking) and build a new and better one, with these days everything beïng digitalized, we couldn't stay behind.
So now we are building it, it's 'bout 40m² bigg, in 3 layers (4th comming up) all digitalized, so we run it with pc's ...
